Reflection
Paul calls believers to give thanks in every circumstance because God's goodness is not erased by hardship. Gratitude toward God can also sharpen our attention to people whose ordinary work blesses us. Notice the person who serves consistently without applause. A specific thank-you honors their contribution without pretending life is always easy.
