Scripture
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. For if one falls down, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to help him up!
Reflection
Ecclesiastes describes the practical blessing of companionship: when one person falls, another can help them rise. We were not designed to carry every burden alone. Resist the urge to assume what someone needs. Ask, listen, and offer help you can actually provide. Faithful presence often matters more than impressive advice.
